Why we suffer with eco-anxiety
We've been hearing so much this week about climate change and the evidence does not look good, with global temperatures rising at a level that isn't sustainable for our planet to survive. It's easy to beat ourselves up about not being perfect when we forget our re-usable cup or bag for life in the supermarket. But if we can all do what we can, make small changes each day then eventually they become habits and part of your daily routine.
Having worked in fast fashion for many years, we both have had our fair share of guilt about environmental damage. Its one of the reasons we wanted to build a green business, to give something back, make a change and offer planet friendly alternatives to toxic, chemical household products.
When we heard about Surfers Against Sewage and the incredible campaign they led to stop raw sewage entering our waters, we knew we wanted to partner with them. Every sale of our body wash and refills we contribute to their charitable work.
With young families ourselves, we feel a huge sense of responsibility to reverse this 'code red for humanity' so they can look forward to a healthier future for themselves and the planet.
