Delivery

For deliveries within the UK we aim to dispatch all online orders within 2 working days, but this can take longer during busy times such as Christmas.

We send parcels by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service or courier tracked delivery and will send you the tracking number.

Our current UK delivery charge is £3.99 for orders under the value of £50.00. We offer free delivery for orders over this amount.

We also offer Express delivery for £5.00 and will despatch the same day for next day delivery, provided the order is placed before 12 noon, Monday - Friday only.

If an item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will get in touch with you to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the delivery date we offer  you,  you have  the option to cancel the order and we will  refund you.

Once your order is with the delivery company it is out of our control. Royal Mail do not consider a parcel lost until more than 7 working days have passed. If your order has not arrived and you have checked the tracking, please do get in touch with us at hello@madekind.co.uk. We will re-send your order after the 7 working days have passed.  

We are based in Twickenham and if you would like to collect your order please email us at hello@madekind.co.uk.  We offer free local delivery for orders of £20 and over to the following postcodes : TW1, TW2, TW11 and TW12.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item for a refund or an exchange within 30 days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

To return your order please contact us first at hello@madekind.co.uk.  All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition.
