Yes, MadeKind natural cleaning products really do clean effectively. Our cleaners are made with natural plant-based ingredients with essential oils of Rosemary, Peppermint and Lavender which naturally kill bacteria, viruses and fungi. The plant based chemicals in the products effectively tackle dirt, grime and limescale.

Refilling is both planet friendly and purse friendly. MadeKind products are contained in either amber glass or aluminium bottles with durable labels so they can be refilled time and time again.

You simply buy a MadeKind cleaning or hand & body product, and then purchase a refill to fill the 'forever bottle' once it is empty, or you can buy an empty MadeKind bottle and a refill, or just use a bottle that you have at home - just remember to label it!           

We offer refills in handy 1 litre pouches, 3 litre boxes with a tap, and 5 litre containers with a pump for businesses and wholesale customers.

For additional convenience and saving, you can SUBSCRIBE for regular deliveries.

We only use natural, plant based ingredients in our products so you can safely use them in your home, around your family and pets.

Our natural cleaning products have been formulated with essential oils, specifically selected for their anti microbial properties. Our blend of Lavender, Rosemary and Peppermint leaves a clean, fresh smell without a hint of any chemicals - and we have been told many times that it makes your home smell like a spa!

Our hand and body products have also been formulated with blends of essential oils; Lavender & Geranium or Orange Blossom & Grapefruit. Our products are made with high quality, luxury ingredients so these natural scents linger; Lavender & Geranium is a floral scent whilst Orange Blossom and Grapefruit is a fresh, citrus fragrance.

We have to admit that is is challenging trying to describe the fragrance of our soy wax aromatherapy candles. We have focussed on the feelings of wellbeing that the unique blends evoke;

'Unwind' - this blend offers a soothing, calming aroma that invites you to relax and let go of the day's stress. With soft, gentle notes, it creates a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for winding down. 

'Awaken'- designed to invigorate your senses and boost your energy. It features lively, refreshing scents that help you start your day with renewed vitality and enthusiasm.

'Focus'- For those moments when you need to concentrate and get things done, this is the perfect choice. Its unique blend of scents promotes clarity of mind and helps you stay on track with your tasks.

'Ember' - captures the essence of autumn with its smoky and woody notes. It envelops you in the warmth of a crackling fire on a cool evening, making it an ideal choice for the autumn season.

'Wintering' - encapsulates the festive spirit with its welcoming, rich scent, and conveys a sense of warmth and nostalgia.

The MadeKind Multi Surface Cleaner is safe to use on most hard surfaces, kitchen counters, cooker tops and glass. We advise against using it on unsealed surfaces and always suggest testing a small inconspicuous area first.

The MadeKind Floor Cleaner can be used on most hard floor surfaces except wood as water should not be used on wooden floors at all.

The MadeKind Bathroom Cleaner is safe to use on most surfaces although we advise you test a small inconspicuous area for specialist stone surfaces.

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item for a refund or an exchange within 30 days. 

To return your order please contact us first at hello@madekind.co.uk.  All parcels are sent back at your own risk and you are responsible for the return delivery cost. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition.

The delivery charge is £3.95 for orders under the value of £50.00. We offer free delivery for orders over this amount. 

We also offer Express delivery for £5.00.

We are based in Hampton Hill and if you would like to collect your order please email us at hello@madekind.co.uk.  We offer free local delivery for orders of £20 and over to the following postcodes : TW1, TW2, TW3, TW7, TW9, TW10, TW11, TW12 and TW13.
