Stylish, classic and practical wooden vegetable brush made from untreated beechwood, tampico fibre and union fibre. The brush has two different types of bristles; one end with stiff bristles which are perfect for muddy tough vegetables and the other end has soft bristles for more delicate vegetables.
I bought this brush to replace a very elderly vegetable brush that had come to the end of its life. I chose it because i wanted a brush made of natural bristles. It is already being used and works well. However, is larger than my old brush and if there were a choice I would prefer a smaller size for ease of storage on my kitchen sink tidy and I would then give it 5-stars
