After weeks of excitement, festivities and indulgence, January can feel like a bit of slump, leaving us feeling lack lustre for the year ahead. Blue Monday might not be an actual thing (apparently on January 17th) but the feelings are real, and luckily there are things that we can do to help us feel a little brighter.
Here are five ways to beat the January blues;
